We are looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to join our RevOps team, with a strong focus on sales process optimization, Salesforce workflows & automation, sales coaching, and enablement strategy. This role will play a key part in equipping our sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to sell effectively — including developing battle cards, leading enablement sessions, and reinforcing Sandler methodology principles.

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) + 120 Hours PTO + 100% 401(k) Matching (Up to 4%).
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The base salary actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
