What You'll Do

• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

What You Know

• Must have 8 years of professional experience.
• Candidate needs to be worked in service side.
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience is mandatory
• Creates APEX, VisualForce, Triggers, WebService, Data Migration and other custom code to support implementation and integration of a complete Salesforce solution.
• Working knowledge of CTI, Omni Chat, Einstein bot are preferred
• Writes code and develops applications following detailed technical specifications.
• Submits code in central repository and writes unit test cases. Github experience is mandatory
• Should be able to work on rotating model for weekend pagerduty aka shifts for ops support.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field

Compensation Band

• $70 -75/hr on w2
