Description


As the Salesforce Administrator at ActivTrak, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's use of Salesforce. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our business. You will work closely with various teams to streamline processes, enhance functionality, and drive user adoption. 


Responsibilities:

  • Improve our existing Salesforce instance and oversee ongoing performance, maintenance, user management, customization and improvements of the environment, ensuring a smooth integration with other systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Work with business partners to develop automations using Flow Builder to improve productivity.
  • Provide consulting and coaching on Salesforce best practices to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Resolve project issues, ensuring the delivery of business solutions.
  • Document processes and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, and other projects as needed.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their potential impact on our organization.


Requirements

Your Experience:

  • 4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM features and best practices.
  • Technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integration management.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Proficiency creating flows to solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data management and integration tools is a plus.
