Position Summary: We're searching for a talented and passionate Salesforce Developer to join our team and elevate our Salesforce experience to the next level. You'll be a full-stack master, utilizing your deep understanding of the entire Salesforce suite to design, develop, and implement custom solutions that streamline our business processes and empower our teams. Responsibilities:

1. Development Expertise:
2. Design and build robust and scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura components.
3. Create seamless integrations with external systems using Salesforce Connect and APIs.
4. Develop automated solutions and workflows using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
5. Implement data management solutions with Data Loader, DML statements, and SOQL/SOSL queries.
6. Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best practices.
7. Full-Suite Proficiency:
8. Deep understanding of core Salesforce objects, fields, and functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant clouds.
9. Experience with Salesforce configuration tools like Lightning App Builder and Page Layout Editor.
10. Familiarity with Salesforce security concepts and user management.
11. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions across the Salesforce platform.
12. Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
13. Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and internal teams to understand needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
14. Work collaboratively with the Salesforce Administrator to maintain consistency and best practices.
15. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring optimal platform performance.
16. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Essential:
2. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
3. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura components.
4. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
5. Understanding of Salesforce security and governance best practices.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to independently manage assigned projects and meet deadlines.
8. Desirable:
9. Certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
10. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Community Cloud.
11. Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Marketing Cloud functionalities.
12. Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
