We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join a fast-paced Salesforce transformation project. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth Salesforce Sales Cloud deployments and maintaining the security and integrity of the platform.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deploy technical solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  2. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
  3. Manage version control systems (GitHub), branching, and tagging strategies.
  4. Ensure platform security and compliance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integrations.
  6. Test and Troubleshoot across several products/applications and how they interact.


Key Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex
  2. Proficient with Salesforce deployment tools like Azure DevOps, Gearset, Copado.
  3. Experience with automation tools and branching strategies.
  4. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
  5. Being able to work on projects independently, learning new tools and skills to complete varied tasks.
  6. Collaboration across the project to overcome obstacles as a team.
  7. Successfully prioritize how work fits into wider delivery, as well as solving immediate challenges.
  8. Experience in AWS and Terraform.


Requirements:

  1. Good knowledge of basic networking and security concepts.
  2. Be able to logically work through problems, correlating and investigating patterns in behavior and logging.
  3. Experience with continuous integration systems CI/CD (e.g., Git, Github).
  4. Strong Git command-line skills.
