Lead the ongoing development and adoption of Salesforce at Redwood Credit Union. Successful candidate has a record of success in implementing Salesforce processes and fostering Salesforce adoption. Working closely with business leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes on the Salesforce platform, this role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. This position is on-site in Napa. It is not a remote role.
Licenses and Certifications:
· Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified.
· Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred.
· MuleSoft certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn.
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time occasionally.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
· Work environment is indoors; majority of the time is spent sitting at a desk.
Education/Experience:
A combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field with a minimum of five years of experience in programming or IT, to include a minimum of two years as a Salesforce Administrator.
Compensation: Base starting range: $48.00 to $64.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
