Job Overview


The Associate Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce environment. The associate administrator will identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, part Salesforce analyst and 100% dedicated to our mission.


What You'll Focus On

  1. Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, creation of new fields, and other routine tasks.
  2. Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes, as appropriate.
  3. Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, and validation rules.
  4. Maintain and build custom reports and dashboards.
  5. Train new users and grow the Salesforce skillset across the organization.
  6. Document customizations made in Salesforce.
  7. Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects


What You Bring

  1. Salesforce Admin Certification required.
  2. Proven experience of successful project completion required. 
  3. Advance Salesforce Admin Certification preferred. 
  4. One or more years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator preferred.


Working Conditions

  1. This role primarily involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, requiring focus and attention to detail. The work environment is dynamic and may occasionally require travel to various locations for meetings, training, or project collaboration. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as the role may involve adjusting to different time zones and work settings. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and innovative team environment.

  9. Basic understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred.
  10. Salary 65-70K
