We’re looking for an amazing Salesforce Administrator to fill this role, which is based in our Santa Clarita office. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce for the North American sales team including user and license management. You’ll troubleshoot, research, and report system issues and enhancement requests for our Salesforce platform which includes Marketing Cloud. You’ll work the business to gather user requirements and coordinate with cross functional teams to communicate, research and implement enhancements and modifications to Sales Force. You’ll also be responsible for providing users with technical support as well as training the sales team users on Salesforce both in web and mobile. You’ll perform user acceptance testing of fixes & enhancements and manage prioritization of tickets and enhancements with IT.

Responsibilities

1. System support and problem resolution: Provide technical support for system issues. Will investigate, resolve or open JIRA tickets as appropriate for system issues and enhancements. 
2. System training: Provide technical training to the sales team on Salesforce (both web and mobile).
3. Documentation/Knowledge management: Maintain comprehensive system documentation and training materials for end users.
4. Technical solution design: Work with end users and IT in developing business requirements for enhancements to sales force. Also work on prioritization of tickets and enhancements with IT and cross functional teams. Will also work on the user-maintained files for uploads into Salesforce.
5. Contract licenses: Maintain license cost and renewal information. Ensure license distribution is current.
6. User testing: Perform user acceptance testing of system fixes and enhancements.
7. Dashboard, Reporting, Lists: Will assist in development of dashboards, reporting, list views for the sales team. 
8. System integration: Will work on the development and integration of other tools that leverage sales force (i.e., Form Assembly).
9. Monitor and work with Sales Directors on user adoption of Salesforce.

Requirements

1. Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
2. Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant & Project Management Certification. 
3. 2 years of project management.
4. 5 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce platforms.
5. Required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) 
6. Strong Project Management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

8. Base Salary Range: $68,700.00 to $92,700.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
