Location: Omaha, NE on-site & hybrid work model

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform within the organization. Applicants should have and be comfortable doing basic Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, configuration, and building reports/dashboards. Additionally, this role will involve troubleshooting issues, growing your skills with experienced team members, and promoting the functionality of Salesforce with other internal systems. The Salesforce Administrator plays a crucial role in optimizing Salesforce usage to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
  2. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  3. Maintaining of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  4. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules, accurate data exports, and automation as needed.
  5. User support tickets
  6. Training users on new processes, providing refresher courses as needed, and creating training materials.
  7. Create and customize reports to meet organizational requirements and support decision-making processes.
  8. Actively engage in learning from experienced team members, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to collaborative efforts.
  9. Be on-call for weekend support, addressing any urgent issues that may arise.

Other Responsibilities 

  1. Perform additional duties as assigned. 
  2. Adhering to AlffCo values and professionalism.
  3. Weekends/nights may be required 


Requirements


Technical Proficiency:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in technology or business. Experience will offset education.
  2. 1-3 years of Salesforce experience.
  3. Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  4. Familiar with admin tools like Salesforce Inspector, Salesforce Navigator, or Field Trip.
  5. Familiarity with JSON, integrations, and troubleshooting issues to effectively resolve incoming tickets.
  6. Proficient in debugging Apex code to address issues within the Salesforce environment.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams) or similar software.
  8. Quick learning ability for new database programs and proficient navigation of communication tools.
  9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and identify, analyze, and solve problems proactively.

  1. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.

Professionalism and Adaptability:

  2. Ability to work in an office setting; this is not a remote position.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Basic understanding of facility management, construction, or related industries is advantageous.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
  3. Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative and approachable demeanor.
  4. Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving work environments and responsibilities.
