Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and implementation, preferably within the financial services industry. Experience with nCino is a significant advantage. The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions to optimize Salesforce functionality and meet business requirements..

 

You’ll be closely working with Business & Systems Analysts, MuleSoft developers and other Technology & Marketing groups on daily basis. You will be a part of technical design sessions to develop & integrate technical solutions to best leverage Salesforce.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Salesforce Development:

  1. Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  2. Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  3. Create workflows, triggers, and page layouts to meet business requirements.


Customization & Configuration:

  1. Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  2. Configure and extend nCino applications for enhanced banking processes (preferred)


Data Management:

  1. Perform data migrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  2. Manage large datasets and optimize data architecture for performance.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements.
  2. Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.


Quality Assurance:

  1. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.
  2. Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.


Documentation:

  1. Maintain detailed technical documentation for custom development and integrations.


Performance Optimization:

  1. Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
  2. Implement Salesforce development best practices and ensure scalability of solutions.


Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  2. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  3. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  4. Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model and security principles.
  5. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware for system integrations.
  6. Proficiency in DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
  7. Familiarity with CI/CD processes for Salesforce development.
  8. Familiarity with financial industry processes, workflows, and compliance requirements.
  9. Hands-on experience configuring and customizing nCino solutions for banking.
  10. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  11. nCino Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
  12. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  14. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Education

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
  2. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
