We are currently seeking a collaborative, analytical Salesforce Developer to join our Engineering Technologies team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality solutions on the Bank’s CRM platform (Salesforce). As a key member of our technology team, the Salesforce Developer will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $86,000 - $110,000/yr; commensurate with experience. 

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development or related CRM-specific engineering
3. Financial Services industry experience, desirable
4. Salesforce Developer certification is highly preferred.
5. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
6. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
7. Experience with Salesforce integration, data migration, and third-party application integration.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
10. Experience with agile methodologies and delivery
