Ping Identity is seeking a skilled and proactive Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Information Systems Team. This individual will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile practices, driving team collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of sprint commitments. Working cross-functionally with all areas of the business, the Scrum Master will foster an environment of continuous improvement and support.

You Will: 

1. Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals 
2. Communicate with project managers, stakeholders, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
3. Participate in all aspects of software development/implementation including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and support
4. Utilize Salesforce skills to continuously deliver business solutions while maintaining existing functionality in a complex, global org
5. Interpret business requirements, provide accurate estimates, and meet deadlines on deliverables
6. Mitigate risks associated with projects, having a high technical complexity

Qualifications: 

1. 5+ yrs experience coding on the Force.com platform
2. Strong understanding of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning, Aura, and Web Components
3. Proficient using SOAP, REST, and the SFDC APIs
4. Firm grasp of JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS 
5. Knowledge of relevant languages (Java, C++, ASP.NET, etc.)
6. Experience using client-based Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and the Force.com IDE. Experience with large-scale data migrations. Fluency using spreadsheet formulas (e.g. Excel)
7. Strong written and oral communication skills
8. Action-oriented and proactive, continually displaying a sense of urgency
9. Detail-oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented business environment
10. Must be service-oriented with the ability to thrive in a team environment
11. Ability to quickly translate ideas and/or needs into working solutions
12. Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction
13. Aptitude and drive to learn new technologies, functions, and standards both on and off the Salesforce platform.

USA: $143,500 - $170,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
