You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to design scalable solutions that improve efficiency and data accuracy.

What You’ll Do

Salesforce System Administration

  1. Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for 100+ users.
  2. Manage core administrative functions, including user setup, reports, dashboards, workflows, and system audits.
  3. Oversee Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and system upgrades.
  4. Train new users and expand Salesforce expertise across the organization.
  5. Manage account provisioning and user enablement for GTM tools such as Gong, SalesLoft, and LeadIQ.

Technical Project Management

  1. Design and optimize GTM workflows within Salesforce, including onboarding and account management processes.
  2. Build integrations that sync internal systems with Salesforce, enabling teams to easily access customer and product data.
  3. Scope, document, and execute system development requests.
  4. Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and development teams.
  5. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to identify process improvements and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
  6. Balance short-term tactical solutions with a long-term, scalable system strategy.

Revenue Operations & Insights

  1. Develop processes to support system administration, change management, and development initiatives.
  2. Design and implement territory structures.
  3. Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and maximize the impact of GTM tools.
  5. Train GTM team members, creating documentation and training materials (videos, decks, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

  1. 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role with a strong focus on systems and process design.
  2. 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud) for an organization with at least 100 users.
  3. Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  4. Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, including custom objects, formula fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  5. Proven track record of leading projects to completion with a structured approach.
  6. Excellent project management skills and ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience optimizing processes and driving efficiency.
  8. Ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
  9. Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Data Analytics teams.
  10. Ability to prioritize multiple requests, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  11. Experience with HubSpot, SalesLoft, Gong, lead routing tools, data enrichment, or CPQ tools (e.g., MonetizeNow) is a plus.
