Who We’re Looking For:


We are looking for a Business Sales Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This role combines business analysis skills with Salesforce administration to optimize sales processes, gather business requirements, reporting writing and providing data-driven insights which enhance decision-making and drive business growth for our sales teams.


What You’ll Be Doing:


Business Analyst Responsibilities

  1. Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to document detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  2. Process Analysis: Analyze and improve business processes and workflows.
  3. Documentation: Create clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user case, and process flows.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Liaise between business teams and IT, ensuring clear communication of business needs.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze business data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  6. Testing & QA: Support testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  7. Change Management: Assist with change requests to ensure smooth transitions.

 

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities

  1. Salesforce Configuration: Customize Salesforce apps, objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  2. User Management: Oversee user roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses.
  3. Automation: Implement automation tools (workflow rules, process builder, flows) to streamline processes.
  4. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support and resolve issues for Salesforce users.
  5. Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data.
  6. Integration: Work with IT to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, marketing tools).
  7. Reports & Dashboards: Design and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
  8. Salesforce Updates: Stay current with Salesforce releases and implement relevant updates.


What You’ll Bring To The Table:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in entry level Sales role, business analyst or project management roles
  2. Degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or business administration preferred.
  3. Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder)
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation tools.
  6. Experience in business process analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  7. Skilled in documentation, including BRDs and user stories.
  8. Effective stakeholder management and communication.
  9. Business Analysis Certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP)
  10. Data Analytics/BI Certification (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
  11. Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum certification)
  12. Experience in business analysis, sales operations, or Salesforce administration
