Job Summary:
The Marketing Data Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of high-quality data into our demand generation engine. This person will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, segmenting, and integrating data (companies, contacts, intent signals) into various marketing and sales platforms, including Outreach, Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools.
This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency (deduping, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data grouping), and the ability to manage large datasets. Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
The Marketing Data Operations Specialist will work closely with the Demand Generation team to define targeting criteria and will own the data cohorting and hygiene to ensure accurate, effective outreach. They will also be responsible for managing communication frequency to prevent over-messaging and ensuring clean audience segmentation across all marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For:
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $70,600 - $106,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of $5,000. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
