We are hiring for a Salesforce Developer position in the Information Technology (IT) department with responsibility for planning, designing, developing, training, improving, and maintaining complex computer applications. This position will primarily be responsible for the Force.com platform, but other responsibilities may include utilizing other technologies as needed and where skill set is relevant. The Salesforce Developer will interact with business and other IT resources throughout the software development cycle to gather and document requirements, develop/configure against those requirements, test, and train.

Salesforce Developer Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer with:
2. Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, VFP, Aura
3. Expert knowledge of Salesforce admin tasks such as profiles, roles, page layout, and dashboards
4. Data integration across multiple platforms, both with Salesforce as the source and destination.
5. Experience with change management process, including changesets, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX and CLI, Salesforce DevOps/Deployment
6. GitHub, Bitbucket, SVN, or other source code collaboration tool
7. Data Loader, DBAmp, Data Import Wizard, or similar data import tools
8. Proven development experience with APIs and Web Services
9. com Certified Developer (preferred)
10. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
11. Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
12. Experience with Salesforce sites and Lightning Communities (preferred)

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Salesforce Administrator and Project Manager to develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, user requirements, and company goals
2. Communicate with project managers, stakeholders, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
3. Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements.
4. Provide ongoing technical support of existing integrated Salesforce applications.
5. Train other resources on Salesforce development
6. Document functionality and changes to the system
7. Other development duties as assigned.
