Your Role and Impact

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our database. Specializing in Salesforce customer relationship management system and products, you will work closely with the product management team, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and implement our business processes.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities

  1. Develop, customize, and maintain our Salesforce instances, including Sales Cloud, CRM Analytics, Pardot, and Experience Cloud, with a focus on CRM Analytics dashboard and recipe-building skills.
  2. Collaborate with developers and business users to implement enhancements and new features using declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and light Apex/Lightning Web Components when needed.
  3. Assist in basic development tasks or be willing to grow into Apex/Flow/LWC development with mentorship.
  4. Manage system configurations, user profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
  5. Support data integrity, perform data imports/exports, and maintain data quality.
  6. Create reports and dashboards for various business functions.
  7. Work with the Salesforce development team to test, deploy, and document new solutions.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and actively pursue Salesforce certifications.

 

Your Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (or equivalent internship/project experience).
  3. Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Reports, Permission Sets, etc.).
  4. Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or LWC concepts is a strong plus.
  5. Eagerness to grow into a hybrid admin/developer role.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred; Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I is a plus.
  8. Exposure to CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), Experience Cloud, or Pardot.
  9. Experience working with version control (e.g., Git) or deployment tools.
  10. Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., REST API, middleware) is a plus.
