Salesforce Software Engineer


At National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC), we're not just a company – we're a community of passionate individuals dedicated to redefining the RV experience. As a leading force in industry, NIRVC stands at the forefront of RV sales and service excellence. We are seeking a Software Engineer to work out of our corporate office in Lewisville, Texas (100% in-office role). This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. They work with a team of other engineers, and IT support staff to create software that meets the needs of the business. 


As a Software Engineer, you will:


 

  1. Design, develop, and maintain our internal software applications, using C#.
  2. Function as the Salesforce Administrator for the company.
  3. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define software requirements.
  6. Test and debug software to ensure it meets functional and performance requirements.
  7. Deploy and maintain software applications in production environments.
  8. Document software design and development processes.
  9. Continuously update knowledge of new programming languages, tools, and technologies.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.



 

Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
  2. 2+ years of experience working in professional software development role (not an internship). 
  3. Must be certified with a Salesforce Certified Administrator credential. 
  4. 2+ years working as an IT Salesforce Administrator. 
  5. Graduate from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0. 
  6. Legally authorized to work in the USA. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position. 
  7. Familiarity with the design and development of software applications using C#.
  8. Experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, is a plus.
  9. Familiarity with software development tools such as Visual Studio and git.
  10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  12. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  13. Must be at least 18 years of age. 

 

 

 

Environmental Impacts & General Physical Requirements:

  1. In-office location at our Lewisville, TX corporate office.
  2. May work long hours or irregular schedules to meet project deadlines.
  3. The job requires sitting for extended periods of time, working on a computer or laptop.
  4. May need to work on weekends or holidays if there are critical software issues that require immediate attention.
