We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Salesforce Consultant/Developer to help complete our Salesforce implementation and optimize the platform across sales, marketing, and operations. This role is about rolling up your sleeves — not just advising.


What you’ll do:

  1. Finalize setup and customization of Salesforce
  2. Migrate and clean data (Data Loader, APIs)
  3. Build flows, reports, dashboards, and automations
  4. Integrate Account Engagement (Pardot) with Salesforce
  5. Replace manual processes from homegrown systems
  6. Train and mentor our internal Salesforce admins

What we’re looking for:

  1. 5+ years of Salesforce development/consulting experience
  2. Strong expertise in Flows, Apex, SOQL, and integrations
  3. Proven success with data migration and cleanup
  4. Hands-on experience with Account Engagement (Pardot)
  5. Chicago-area candidate who can work both on-site and remote

Details:

  1. Contract: 3–6 months (potential extension)
  2. Mix of on-site and remote work
  3. Pay negotiable based on experience
