Position Summary
The Salesforce Administrator will play a pivotal role in maximizing the value of our Salesforce platform. This role goes beyond routine administration—it’s about enabling teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Services to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. By managing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and delivering system enhancements, the Administrator will ensure Salesforce remains a powerful engine for business growth. This individual will also lead and support projects that expand platform capabilities, translating business needs into impactful solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to Salesforce expert — manage users, permissions, configurations, data integrity, and troubleshoot issues to keep everything running smoothly.
- Design smart solutions — build workflows, validation rules, custom objects, formulas, and other customizations that make the system more efficient and user-friendly.
- Empower the business with insights — create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that help Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Services make better decisions.
- Protect our data — monitor quality, enforce standards, and keep clear documentation of processes, policies, and system changes.
- Collaborate across teams — gather business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and implement enhancements that move the organization forward.
- Support and educate users — provide training resources, answer questions, and help teammates adopt best practices.
- Drive integrations — manage connections between Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other internal systems to ensure reliable, seamless data flow.
- Keep contract data accurate — maintain and update the Customer Contract Database within Salesforce.
- Lead process improvements — look for opportunities to streamline the sales cycle and related functions.
- Jump in where needed — contribute to other projects and initiatives as they arise.
Qualifications
- You’ve built a solid foundation with a Bachelor’s degree and are ready to put it to work in a dynamic environment.
- You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level Salesforce instances, and you know how to keep a complex system running smoothly.
- You’re a certified Salesforce Administrator, with the skills to design smart solutions and keep users productive.
- If you’ve worked with Salesforce Communities, that’s a bonus—we value that perspective.
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs is highly valued, especially as we expand our use of MuleSoft.
- Extra credit if you hold Salesforce Platform Developer or MuleSoft Developer certifications—those skills will help you stand out and open up future growth opportunities here.
