About the Role

 

We are looking for 3+ years of Salesforce experience in implementing Salesforce and translating business processes into Salesforce features. The role also includes Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, configuration, handling support tickets, training, and building reports and dashboards. The individual in this role will liaison with users and the wider Kingspan Data Solutions businesses. They will work under a divisional Salesforce team structure alongside the Divisional Salesforce Platform Manager and Salesforce Administrators. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform who has a desire to keep learning and to better understand the business and its processes.

 

What You’ll Do

  1. Gathering requirements from stakeholders across the division and understanding their business processes.
  2. Designing and developing solutions for the Salesforce instance, using a combination of declarative and programmatic solutions including Flows, and in some cases, Apex and Lightning Web Components. Apex and LWC experience are not must-have requirements.
  3. Running integration and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  4. Implementing and monitoring declarative integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems. Resolving issues with integrations as they occur.
  5. Planning deployments of new features and fixes to any bugs.
  6. Training and communicating new features to end users and the wider business.
  7. Managing the Salesforce instance’s security model, ensuring users and teams have access to the data and permissions they need.
  8. Migrating data from external sources into Salesforce. Responsibilities may include extracting data from third-party systems, transforming the data into a format compatible with the Salesforce data model, and loading the data into Salesforce.
  9. Seeding sandbox environment with data for testing purposes.
  10. Working with the rest of the team on:
  11. User Support Tickets (incidents and change requests).
  12. User & license Management including new user setup, deactivation, permission sets, and public groups.
  13. Training and producing training material.
  14. Monitoring adoption.
  15. Salesforce Configurations such as Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Custom Settings, dashboards, and reporting (Flow experience not needed but highly favorable).
  16. Assist in Org Maintenance around data integrity & mass uploads.

 

 

Additional Expectations

  1. Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  2. Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  3. Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  4. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  1. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field.
  2. 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferable.
  3. Must have some hands-on experience on Sales Cloud.
  4. Stakeholder management, business systems analysis and project management skills
  5. Strong communication skills in-person and over phone/email/digital channels
  6. Excellent time management and organization skills, and the ability to be flexible.
  7. Significant experience with Salesforce flows or other automation tools is preferable
  8. Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)
