About the Position  

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to play a vital role in the success of The Princeton Review & Tutor.com. Students today need more support than ever catching up, keeping up, and getting ahead. By partnering with educational institutions to provide online tutoring, test preparation and college & career readiness support, we are able to positively change the trajectory of thousands of lives every day. As our Salesforce Administrator, you will provide and optimize the tools our team needs to expand the support we provide to even more students. 

We are looking for a Certified Salesforce Administrator to keep our sales, marketing and customer success tech stack running smoothly. The ideal candidate be comfortable with project management, change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.

 

What You’ll Do  

  1. All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, etc.
  2. Manage in-place automations and environment, including but not limited to record-triggered Flows, screen flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, validation rules and reports.
  3. Create and maintain dashboards and reports, completing Discovery meetings with stakeholders to determine data needs and visualization preferences for best-fit designs.
  4. Respond to change requests by completing a Discovery of issues and goals, then designing an efficient, effective solution within our tech stack.
  5. Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  6. Improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed, managing deduplication software, and auditing adherence to SOPs.
  7. Answer or assign user support tickets, for example troubleshooting errors or issues with current Salesforce org, building customized reports and dashboards, or routing tickets to the appropriate team member(s).
  8. New user and ongoing user training including coordination with Training Department to create modular training for onboarding and professional development
  9. Implement and maintain Connected Apps such as PandaDoc, Own BackUp, Salesforce Inbox, Account Engagement (Pardot), Inspire Planner, Plauti Deduplicator, Quip, ZoomInfo and more.
  10. Monitor and improve user adoption.
  11. Create and maintain Technical & SOP documentation.
  12. Launch and administer use of Salesforce Cadences for the Sales Team.
  13. Monitor Salesforce releases and retirements, responding with any necessary changes to Salesforce org.

 

Who You Are  

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  2. Certified Salesforce Administrator—preference given to Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
  3. Proficient with Account Engagement and knowledgeable of related Marketing Operations needs
  4. Familiarity with Connected Apps
  5. Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
  6. Ability to interface professionally and effectively with many personality types from various departments including senior management, sales and service, marketing, legal team, and accounts receivables
  7. Work quickly, independently and remotely with an ability to adapt to changes in priority as needed
  8. Must be extremely detail oriented, prone to checking every last number and data point
  9. Must have reliable high-speed internet connection from an environment conducive to video conferencing or VOIP calls on a regular basis
  10. Willing to put in extra time during our busiest season with the understanding that flexibility will be reciprocated
  11. Constantly learning, able to upskill independently
