Our foundation is built on cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics, giving our clients the tools they need to drive success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Since our start in 2006, we've pioneered industry firsts—from launching the original measurement platform for digital publishers to introducing the first AI-driven DSP. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that thrives on creating transformative solutions, Quantcast is the perfect place to grow your career.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Functional Administrator with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ to lead and manage our quote-to-cash processes. This role is central to ensuring our CPQ configuration is efficient, scalable, and aligned with our revenue operations. You will be the go-to expert for CPQ administration and support, while also handling core Salesforce platform management and optimization.

What you'll do:

  3. Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize the CPQ lifecycle
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, including pricing logic, product configuration, and quote generation
  5. Monitor system usage and recommend CPQ enhancements to drive efficiency and accuracy

Platform Administration & Customization

  1. Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets, and data access controls
  2. Maintain and extend custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
  3. Build and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules

Data Management & Reporting

  1. Use Data Loader and related tools for large-scale data imports, exports, and maintenance
  2. Create and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support Sales and Executive teams
  3. Monitor system data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and enforce data governance policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  1. Serve as the subject matter expert for CPQ and Salesforce platform processes
  2. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and document system configurations
  3. Identify and implement best practices in Salesforce usage, especially for the quote-to-cash lifecycle

Who you are:

  1. Required Qualifications:
  2. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including 2+ years of direct Salesforce CPQ administration
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  4. Strong experience with: Salesforce Lightning FlowsSOQL (basic proficiency in Apex is a plus), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  5. Demonstrated success managing complex CPQ implementations and supporting quote-to-order workflows
  6. Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Gearset, Copado)

  1. Certifications (two or more strongly preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator (required), Salesforce CPQ Specialist (strongly preferred), Salesforce Advanced Administrator (required), Salesforce Platform App Builder (a plus)

  1. Preferred Experience: Experience with Revenue Cloud and/or Billing systems, Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with ERPs and third-party pricing/contracting tools, Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
