Corporate Vice President - Salesforce Development Lead

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to join the Customer & Field Service Experience Agile Release Train (ART) within the Service Experience Value Stream (VS). As a Salesforce Development Lead, you will play a key role in managing the development teams and driving multiple strategic initiatives that support the achievement of business objectives and priorities. You will deliver technology solutions and lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with the domain architects and business stakeholders to customize and optimize our Salesforce platform while also contributing to broader application development initiatives. 

What You’ll Do: 

1. Manage the Salesforce teams of developer engineers, and provide leadership, vision and direction for the Service Experience VS. 
2. Influence prioritization to better align with the development and implementation of enhancements and/or change requests. 
3. Coach and lead the team to strive for consistent and on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions using both front-end and back-end technologies to meet business needs. 
4. Act as Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce design and development best practices and standards. 
5. Lead design and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. 
6. Architect and implement Salesforce end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives, priorities, and technical best practices. 
7. Ensure Salesforce is implemented in line with enterprise reference architecture and meet security/performance/availability/disaster recovery standards. 
8. Own development outcomes in coordination with delivery leads and architects. 
9. Ensure technology outcomes are “fit for purpose” for business needs. 
10. Manage and maintain 3rd party and vendor partnerships for driving solution development and delivery. 
11. Ensure optimal performance and user experience within the Salesforce environment. 
12. Optimize the software development lifecycle by identifying and addressing inefficiencies and productivity barriers. 
13. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications through continuous improvements, automation, and risk mitigation strategies. 
14. Evaluate and refine application architectures and infrastructure to improve scalability, security, and performance. 
15. Champion best practices and modern software development methods and tools. 
16. Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities. 
17. Foster a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to drive innovation and achieve business goals.

What You’ll Bring: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study is required 
2. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I and II). 
3. 10 – 12+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration. 
4. Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning (experience with Lightning Web Components is a plus). 
5. Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. 
6. Proficiency in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools. 
7. Proficiency with Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform 
8. Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud. 
9. Experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products. 
10. Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript frameworks, and SLDS framework 
11. Experience with Salesforce declarative development using Flow. 
12. Einstein experience a plus. 
13. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
14. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
15. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. 
16. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $144,000-$205,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
