As a Digital Marketing Manager, Operations
As the Digital Marketing Manager, Operations at MCE, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include planning, implementing, managing, and supporting our digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on email marketing, customer journeys, and optimizing our digital marketing channels such as advertising, social media, websites, and mobile marketing.
You’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

- Digital Platform Expert: You’re proficient in managing and optimizing digital marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the Google Marketing and Analytics Eco-System, and Granicus govDelivery Communications Cloud.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills & Certifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
- Working with diverse communities.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for alignment among staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to attend virtual meetings earlier than standard business hours with vendors in other time zones. MCE standard working hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (PT).
Education & Experience
- Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, marketing, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of digital marketing campaign reporting, optimization and strategy, email distribution, and cross-team collaboration.
- Five (5) years of demonstrated solutioning experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
