About the Role
Sells Group Advisors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to support our growing team. This part-time position is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional, highly regulated environment. You’ll collaborate directly with our CTO and external Salesforce development team to help maintain, optimize, and secure our Salesforce environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Salesforce instance continues to operate efficiently as a critical system of record supporting our advisory and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in meetings with the CTO, leadership, and external Salesforce development partners.
- Maintain and update custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Create and edit email cadences, task queues, workflows, and process automations under supervision.
- Manage user roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure compliance with internal governance and least-privilege principles.
- Perform data imports/exports, updates, and integrity checks using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
- Support maintenance of reporting dashboards and list views for internal teams.
- Assist in sandbox testing, deployment coordination, and documentation of system changes.
- Collaborate on security reviews, audit logs, and access certifications in coordination with IT security policies.
- Document system configurations, changes, and business processes in Notion (knowledge base).
- Help identify opportunities for automation or efficiency improvements in Salesforce workflows.
- Ensure all changes follow company data handling, compliance, and version control procedures.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of Salesforce administration or support experience (internship or entry-level roles welcome).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, custom objects, permissions, and Flows.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or in progress.
- Comfortable using collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation habits.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently in a part-time capacity.
- Must reside in the lower 48 United States.
- Willingness to travel to Northwest Arkansas a few times per year for team meetings.

- Work conducted in a highly regulated environment (data governance and compliance emphasis).
- All work must be performed on company-issued devices with company accounts under SSO/MFA security controls.
