  5. Perform data imports/exports, updates, and integrity checks using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
  6. Support maintenance of reporting dashboards and list views for internal teams.
  7. Assist in sandbox testing, deployment coordination, and documentation of system changes.
  8. Collaborate on security reviews, audit logs, and access certifications in coordination with IT security policies.

  10. Help identify opportunities for automation or efficiency improvements in Salesforce workflows.
  11. Ensure all changes follow company data handling, compliance, and version control procedures.

Requirements

  1. 1–3 years of Salesforce administration or support experience (internship or entry-level roles welcome).
  2. Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, custom objects, permissions, and Flows.
  3. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or in progress.

  3. No BYOD (bring-your-own-device) policy.
  4. Adherence to strict confidentiality and access policies required.

Why Join Us

  1. Collaborative, growth-oriented culture with direct mentorship from our CTO.
  2. Flexible part-time schedule.
  3. Exposure to enterprise-grade Salesforce practices and governance.
  4. Opportunity to contribute to impactful technology and data operations supporting real-world service businesses.
