The Role:

The Salesforce Administrator will design CRM and other digital solutions to fully leverage the Salesforce platform and other tools. The individual will be responsible for administration, configuration, release management, and continual enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem across multiple clouds and integrations. They promote standardization, data integration, and data quality while also participating in business analysis and technical issue resolution. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable leading both technical and business-oriented projects while maintaining strong governance, data quality, security, and user experience standards. This person works with architects, business analysts, developers, quality assurance analysts, and others throughout the lifecycle to deliver high quality capabilities to drive revenue and reduce costs.


Responsibilities:

  1. Design and architect the CRM solution to leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  2. Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases; evaluate, recommend, and implement relevant new capabilities or optimizations.
  3. Manage sandbox environments including refresh planning, data seeding, pre/post refresh steps and reconfigurations.
  4. Manage release and deployment activities following Salesforce DevOps best practices using Salesforce DX, Copado and Git-based workflows.
  5. Manage operational aspects of Saleforce.com with a focus on system configuration and deployments, standardization, data integration, data quality, and technical issue resolution.
  6. Participate in formal governance and change/release management processes.
  7. Proficient on building and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  8. Ensure proper security models are in place and maintained for data access.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of Salesforce.com Administration experience implementing/supporting Sales Cloud on Lightning for a base of at least 300 users.
  3. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
  4. Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop CRM solutions.
  5. Experience with general salesforce setup and configuration such as flows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields, report types etc.
  6. Experience in environment maintenance tasks such as managing admin access, managing sandboxes, handling confidential data, integration configurations.
  7. Knowledge of Data Cloud (Data 360) for unified customer data strategy. Hands-on with Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics.
  8. Understanding of Agentforce 360 concepts and readiness for AI-enabled service and automation.
  9. Experience working with Continuous Integration/Deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, GitHub, Copado.
  10. Operational experience in non-Salesforce environments.
  11. Experience in JIRA and GitHub.
  12. Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce Inbox, Service Cloud and/or CPQ.
  13. Experience with Kantata (Kimble), Own Backup, DocuSign.
  14. Excellent communication skills; listening, speaking, writing.
  15. Team player, values input and contribution of team members.
  16. Outcome oriented and delivery focused.
  17. Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and problems and quickly recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
  18. Ability to plan and execute Salesforce projects. 
  19. Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, innovation, and dependability.
  20. Demonstrates ability to take independent action and proceed beyond directive.
  21. Excellent attention to detail.
  22. Flexible. Responds well to last-minute changes and requests.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Agentforce Specialist highly preferred.




Pay Range Guidelines for this Position:

The salary range for this position is 130000 USD to 130000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility requirements) and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Note: we have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
