About the Role 

  

As the Sales Technology Administrator at NinjaOne, you’ll be responsible for  administering and 

optimizing our sales technology systems, ensuring clean data, maintaining reliable integrations, 

and creating automations that measurably improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, and 

Customer Success. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent 

technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the 

efficiency of our sales operations. 

  

Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL - (In the office 3-4 days per week Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday) 

  

What You’ll Be Doing 

  1. Administer and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and tools like 
  2. SalesLoft, Chili Piper, LeanData, Workato, LeadIQ, DealHub CPQ, and more 
  3. Partner with Salesforce Admins to align field mappings and object models, monitor 
  4. sync jobs, and resolve data or integration errors 
  5. Manage user provisioning, licenses, and SSO/RBAC across the GTM Tech Stack 
  6. Triage requests from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, as well as 
  7. other go-to-market stakeholders, translating business needs into technical 
  8. solutions 
  9. Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards for routing health, adoption, and 
  10. integration performance 
  11. Optimize automations and workflows to improve sales efficiency and process 
  12. consistency 
  13. Provide training, documentation, and support for sales systems and integrations 
  14. Uphold data security, compliance, and governance standards across all sales 
  15. technologies 

  

About You 

  1. Proven experience in sales technology administration; Salesforce ADM 201 certification is a 
  2. plus 
  3. Familiarity with industry sales tools and automation platforms such as SalesLoft, Chili 
  4. Piper, LeanData, Workato, LeadIQ, DealHub CPQ, or similar 
  5. You proactively seek ways to improve anything and everything about the Sales Tech Stack 
  6. Organization and attention to detail are at the forefront of everything you do 
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  9. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving technology
