We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Revenue Systems Team, part of Revenue Operations. This team drives Benevity's revenue engine by providing the tools, insights, and processes that support our go-to-market functions. As we scale, we need your expertise to keep the momentum going. We're looking for a critical thinker who is organized, passionate about follow-up, and can create meaningful experiences for the team with a touch of fun.


What you’ll do:

  1. Manage Salesforce users and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  2. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  3. Work with Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, and/or Project Leads to validate, understand, design and implement solutions that translate into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  4. Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging platform capabilities
  5. Provide user support through tickets, training, and documentation
  6. Test system enhancements and perform quality assurance tasks
  7. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and releases
  8. Communicate with cross functional stakeholders and end users from Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to groom requirements when clarification is required and/or conduct root cause analysis to address issues or bugs
  9. Develop an understanding of Benevity's business processes and how they interact with our product & Salesforce-related application ecosystem
  10. Management of integrated applications
  11. Manage admin requests and data inserts for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  12. Participate in stand-ups, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming
  13. Use tools like Confluence, Jira, and Asana to manage work and communication


What you’ll bring:

  1. Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  2. Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder)
  3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  4. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience (Legacy vs Modern User Experience Designs)
  5. Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and limitations
  6. Experience managing multiple projects, from gathering requirements to rolling out solutions
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  8. Proven experience building effective CRM-based solutions
  9. Be a motivated self-starter that is independent, and a team player focused on excellence
  10. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments
