You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, helping to build effective Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving user adoption and maintaining a robust Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Responsible for daily system administration, configuration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. This involves promptly addressing support tickets and customizing CRM elements: such as objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to optimize business processes.
  2. Manages all facets of user administration for the W50 Organization, encompassing user access, new user onboarding, profile configuration, role assignment, permission set management, and the allocation of supplementary plug-in licenses as needed.
  3. Helps maintain CRM data quality through regular tasks such as modifying matching rules, running duplicate jobs, deduplication cleanup, data migration, and remediation, ensuring a single source of truth.
  4. Working with stakeholders to help optimize operational efficiency by enhancing the automation of existing processes. The position also supports the DataOps team in configuring new, automation-driven Salesforce features to streamline business processes through the effective use of tools such as flow, validation rules, queues, assignment rules, and approval processes.
  5. Partnering with stakeholders, design and create custom report types, reports, queries, grids and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  6. Responsible for all Salesforce-related issues, including leading user training, onboarding, and developing documentation to help improve end-user proficiency and adoption of CRM.
  7. Works with senior DataOps team members and other departments to implement system enhancements and deploy new features. Supports the management of integrations with third-party and AppExchange applications.
  8. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, testing new features in sandbox environments and supporting the implementation of relevant updates for end users.
  9. Responsibilities are subject to change daily, contingent on project needs, corporate strategic objectives, and business priorities.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of two years of Salesforce administration experience required; Sales Cloud with Person Accounts preferred.
  2. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is strongly preferred.
  3. Familiarity with fundamental Salesforce concepts, such as custom objects, fields, and automation tools (e.g., Flow).
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Solid project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  7. Proficiency in tools such as Conga Composer, Gridbuddy, Outreach.io, and Clay.io is preferred.
