WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Junior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for identifying issues, defining business requirements, providing recommendations, and performing configuration for Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and related systems. You will also manage day-to-day operations of the platform, including admin, sales support, and other needs. This person will assist with high-priority projects and help drive them from analysis to execution. A successful candidate will be a skilled problem solver, effective communicator, and influencer. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will partner with business leaders to drive strategic analyses, optimize system performance, and deliver best-in-class execution.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

1. Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
2. Manage users, roles and hierarchies, and security settings
3. Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
4. Complete bulk imports and exports of data
5. Document project requirements
6. Manage and maintain third-party apps
7. Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication
8. Support day-to-day operations

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

1. 1-2 years of Salesforce.com administration experience and/or Salesforce certification
2. Experience using third-party tools such as Clari, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
3. Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
4. Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
5. Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
6. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
7. Excellent communication and people skills
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
9. 4-year college degree or combination of education and experience
10. CPQ experience strongly preferred

WAGE TRANSPARENCY

In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.

The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:

1. Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options. 
2. Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. 
3. Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching.
4. Employees are eligible for flexible paid time-off and extended paid parental leave. 
5. We offer 11 paid holidays annually.
6. We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs. 
7. Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:
8. Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.
9. Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.
10. Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 Base + Variable

This position will earn commission pursuant to Tealium’s commission policy, the details of which will be provided upon request.
