Salesforce Consultant for Small Business and Nonprofits

As a Consultant with our firm, you'll own the full client relationship — from discovery and requirements gathering through solution delivery.

1. Blue Engine Solutions is a boutique firm and as such you will have lots of autonomy and exposure to all parts of a project!
2. Our clients range across industries and nonprofits. This means our projects are interesting because we’re always learning about new industries.
3. Preference will be given to candidates who can be in the Bethesda, MD office once per month.
4. We value work/life balance and you will not be expected to bill above 32 hours per week.
5. We offer 4 weeks PTO because it’s a big world and you should go out and see it!

Responsibilities:

1. For most projects, you will be the main point of contact for the client and will be responsible to gather requirements and build out solutions. You’re encouraged to lean on your teammates with questions but ultimately you are the project owner.
2. On larger projects, you will work together with a small team of 1-2 others.
3. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet client needs
4. Provide training and support to end-users

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and customization
2. Excellent communication skills!
3. Knowledge of Salesforce integration with other systems
4. Learner’s mindset to figure it out.
