Salesforce is a mission-critical enterprise platform within our organization. We manage it with a strong emphasis on architectural discipline, governance, and long-term sustainability.

We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator. The Administrator will work closely with our existing development team and business stakeholders to ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and reliable as we evolve.

This role is a high-ownership position within a mature, integration-aware environment.

The Role:

Salesforce Administrator (Platform & Integrations)

The Salesforce Administrator serves as a primary steward of the platform’s declarative architecture. This role owns configuration standards, safeguards data integrity, and ensures solutions are scalable and well-governed.

You will operate with independence and partner closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Focus Areas

1. Design and maintain scalable declarative solutions (Flows, security model, data structure, reporting)
2. Enforce standards for automation design, configuration governance, and sustainable platform practices
3. Ensure alignment between data model, permissions, and integration touchpoints
4. Monitor platform reliability and proactively address issues
5. Support structured release, documentation, and validation practices
6. Translate business requirements into supportable platform designs

Required Experience

1. 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
2. Deep expertise in declarative solutions and security model design
3. Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (custom and/or managed packages)
4. Strong systems thinking and independent execution
5. Excellent written communication skills

Preferred

1. Salesforce Administrator certification(s)
2. Experience supporting Revenue Cloud / CPQ or Service Cloud
3. Experience working within structured governance and release models
