The Role:

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role is essential to enhance our organization's CRM functionality, ensuring data integrity, and supporting teams in leveraging Salesforce to achieve business goals.

 

As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as a point of contact for Salesforce-related queries, system maintenance, and customization. You will work closely with various departments to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer relationships, and streamline processes.  


Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Administration:
  2. Maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce instances, including user account management, profiles, roles, permissions, and workflows.
  3. Ensure optimal system performance by performing regular audits, data integrity checks, and troubleshooting.
  4. Customization & Development:
  5. Create and update reports, dashboards, and custom fields to provide actionable insights.
  6. Manage Salesforce automation tools.
  7. Lead customization and implementation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  8. Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to implement automation, custom objects, and integrations as needed.
  9. Stakeholder Support:
  10. Provide training and technical support for Salesforce users, ensuring adoption and proficiency.
  11. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  12. Advise stakeholders on impacts to their request that they would need to consider as part of supporting their initiatives.
  13. Data Management:
  14. Oversee data imports, exports, and deduplication processes to maintain accurate and clean data.
  15. Implement and monitor data security measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  16. Continuous Improvement:
  17. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements to improve system usability.
  18. Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and workflows using Salesforce.


Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Required Skills & Experience:
  2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities.
  3. Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
  4. Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad and Celigo.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Tableau.
  6. Advanced proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  7. Experience leading and executing projects with GTM stakeholders.
  8. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
  10. Preferred Skills:
  11. Experience with M&A is highly desirable.
  12. Experience with data and system migrations is highly desirable.
  13. Advanced knowledge of data governance.
  14. Experience with compliance practices.
  15. Experience with maintaining security best practices.


$120,000 - $150,000 a year


The all-in total compensation for this role is $132,000 and $165,000, and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $120,000 - $150,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
