Why hire through sForceJobs

We're a Salesforce-only talent network. Not a generic marketplace.

Salesforce-native talent

Every contractor in our network lives in the Salesforce ecosystem. No "I dabbled in Salesforce once" résumés.

No platform fees on you

Skip the 20% Upwork tax and the Toptal lock-in. We charge a simple, one-time placement fee — that's it.

Faster than a job posting

A full-time hire takes 60–90 days. A contractor through us is interviewing in 48 hours and billing in a week.

Right-sized engagements

Five hours a week? Three-month sprint? Contract-to-hire? We size the engagement to the work, not the other way around.

Pre-vetted, not pre-listed

We screen for Salesforce-specific skills, communication, and references before we put anyone in front of you.

Replacement guarantee

Not the right fit in the first two weeks? We'll find you a replacement at no additional placement fee.

Tell us what you need

We'll respond within one business day with next steps.

Frequently asked questions

How does sForceJobs get paid?

We charge a one-time placement fee when you engage a contractor we've matched you with. There are no ongoing platform fees and no markup on the hourly rate.

Are these 1099 contractors?

Yes. Every contractor in our network operates as an independent 1099 contractor or through their own LLC. You contract with them directly — sForceJobs is not a staffing agency or employer of record.

What is sForceJobs' role in the engagement?

We make the introduction. Once you decide to engage a contractor we've matched you with, your agreement — scope, rates, deliverables, payment terms — is directly between you and the contractor. sForceJobs is not a party to your engagement and is not responsible for the contractor's work or deliverables.

What if the contractor isn't a fit?

If the engagement doesn't work out in the first two weeks, we'll replace the contractor at no additional placement fee.

Can a contract become a full-time hire?

Absolutely. Contract-to-hire is one of the most common paths. If you decide to convert, we'll work out a conversion arrangement up front so there are no surprises.

How is this different from posting a job?

Job posts are great for full-time roles where you have time and a hiring funnel. Contractor placement is for when you need someone billable in days, you don't want to wade through 50 applications, and the work is project-shaped or part-time.
