Job Title: Salesforce Admin 


Job Overview


SF Production Support Specialist –


  1. Ideal candidate is a Salesforce Admin who has supported an enterprise SF organization with their case management (tickets requests)
  2. 80% of this role will involve user configuration requests
  3. Examples: Territory changes, account owner changes, permissions, access, etc.
  4. Internal conversations are mostly logged/tracked within the case itself.
  5. Average volume is 100-150 tickets each day.
  6. Over time, this role will also work on more complex tickets.
  7. There is no development in this role. Any action that requires any dev interaction will be elevated and assigned to the appropriate person.
  8. Team has specific SLAs with case requests.
  9. SLA varies on nature of case, but lots of attention on these SLAs once someone is up to speed.
  10. SF Service Desk Experience required
  11. Prior experience in a role with similar volume
  12. Data Loader Experience Required
  13. Sales cloud would be a plus


Salary Range:


The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
