Role Description:

We are seeking Salesforce Architect will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting application integration, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing platform performance.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

1. Architect, design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions.
2. Define technical reference models including hardware and software standards.
3. Recommend and implement Salesforce integrations and middleware solutions.
4. Ensure security compliance through architecture reviews and audits.
5. Optimize Salesforce applications, infrastructure usage, and cost.
6. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to automate operations on AWS Cloud.
7. Develop code and monitoring standards to ensure system performance.
8. Troubleshoot and debug system issues.
9. Lead and mentor IT team members across various phases of SDLC.
10. Ensure quality assurance through comprehensive system testing.
11. Manage Salesforce deployments and troubleshoot sandbox/production issues.
12. Adhere to MHBE security and project management policies.
13. Be available for occasional off-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years as Salesforce Systems Architect or Salesforce Solutions Expert for federal/state-based marketplaces or large health systems.
2. 5+ years integrating with PostgreSQL/SQL databases and MongoDB (or equivalent).
3. 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, batch jobs, etc.).
4. 3+ years working with Workflow, Dashboards, Reports, Custom Objects, Validation Rules.
5. 3+ years of metadata deployment using ANT/change sets.
6. 5+ years translating business requirements to technical specs.
7. 4+ years integrating external applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
8. Experience with tools such as Force.com IDE, Eclipse, Data Loader, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 10+ years in solution architecture or senior Salesforce development.
2. 5+ years with Integrated Eligibility Systems, ACA, or other Health/Human Services projects.
3. Strong troubleshooting experience across middleware, networks, and security.
4. 5+ years supporting integrated Salesforce CRM solutions.
5. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, AppExchange.
6. 3+ years as a senior technical lead.
7. AI experience with Salesforce Einstein (predictive analytics, intelligent automation).
8. Knowledge of Salesforce Communities (Partner/Customer).
9. Skills in AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Highcharts, Web service APIs.
10. Salesforce Architect Certification preferred.
11. Familiarity with PMO policies and procedures.

1.  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
