Job Description

 

Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead Developer


Location: Toronto, ON


Mode: Hybrid (2 day a week)

  1. 5+ Years experience in Architect/Lead
  2. 8+ years of experience in developing Salesforce solutions.
  3. 5+ years of experience in handling client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in systems development and related business consulting.
  4. Expertise in one or multiple Salesforce Clouds: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, DevOps (good to have- Gearset but any other DevOps tool).
  5. Lead functional and technical workshops; demonstrate leadership in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions.
  6. Expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews and acceptance criteria, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and other modern UI techniques.
  7. Proficient in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and familiar with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others), REST & SOAP APIs, Governor limits, GIT repositories, SSO, OAuth 2.0 integrations.
  8. Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring reusable and scalable components are developed.
  9. Lead customer expectations; negotiate solutions to sophisticated problems with both the customer and third-party partners.
  10. Guide release managers, approving configuration and coded items for deployment between environments.
  11. Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.
  12. Salesforce Certification Preferred (Salesforce PD1, Salesforce PD2, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Architect certifications preferred).
