Job Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer or similar background to support administration, configuration, development and integration of internal facing software systems to support customer lifecycle management. A strong technical background and experience supporting multiple Salesforce cloud products at scale is required. This position is eligible to sit out of our Austin, TX, San Diego, CA, or Washington D.C. office.

Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Administration, Customization and Development
2. Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
3. Implement and maintain custom applications and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
5. Communicate effectively with end-users to manage expectations and provide updates.
6. Train end-users on Salesforce use, ensuring best practices are followed.

1. Business Analysis
2. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
3. Analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, then take action to optimize and automate.

1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
2. Provide advanced technical support to internal users, resolving complex issues related to Salesforce and integrated applications.
3. Develop and maintain documentation for customizations and integrations.
4. Support the day-to-day operations of more than 75 users.

1. Integration Management
2. Utilize integration tools and services such as Workato and DocuSign to streamline business processes across the Salesforce ecosystem.
3. Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business systems.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, particularly Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
3. Experience working in a regulated compliance environment (e.g., FedRAMP, CMMC, IL4) is preferred but not required.
4. Hands-on experience with scripting languages like MYSQL, JavaScript, Apex, Native, and VisualForce.
5. Experience integrating with APIs as well as platforms such as Workato
6. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze, write test cases and validate them.
7. Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple projects.
8. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Additional Information

1. This role will be 100% on-site based out of our Austin, TX, San Diego, or Washington D.C. site.
2. Occasional travel with notice may be required to augment field services or other business requirements; less than 25%.   
3. This role may require flexibility to work on weekends or outside standard business hours to meet project deadlines, respond to urgent needs, or support critical business operations.
