About this Role: 

We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our small but mighty team at a pivotal moment—right after the launch of our brand-new Salesforce instance. As a rapidly growing company, we’re building the foundation for scalable, efficient, and customer-centric operations. Your work will directly impact how we evolve and elevate our CRM platform to support the next phase of our growth.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of technical design, development, and ongoing enhancements across both Sales and Service Cloud. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to turn business needs into elegant, reliable, and performant Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the technical design and development of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and solutions. 
2. Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. 
3. Oversee the development of Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integration with external systems. 
4. Take ownership of end-to-end solution design, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the solution meets functional, technical, and performance requirements. 
5. Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows. 
6. Develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other tools within the Salesforce platform. 
7. Continuously optimize and enhance the Salesforce environment, including performance tuning, maintenance and scalability. 
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, technical architecture, and deployment procedures. 
9. Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts within the team through documentation and mentoring. 
10. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the iterative development process. 
11. Collaborate with product owners and scrum master’s to define and prioritize tasks and user stories. 
12. Work efficiently within a fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes. 
13. Identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing system downtime and ensuring business continuity. 
14. Perform root cause analysis of system issues and recommend corrective actions. 
15. Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends, applying them to solve problems and enhance system performance. 

Required Skills:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, etc.). 
2. Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and custom application development. 
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, etc.). 
4. Experience leading technical teams or projects and providing mentorship to peers. 
5. Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes (change sets, Salesforce CLI, etc.). 
6. Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). 
7. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. 
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.

Desired Skills:

1. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II. 
2. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. 
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in a Salesforce environment. 
4. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. 

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Competitive Base Salary: $104,000 - $130,000 based on experience and location.
