NeoGenomics is looking for a Principal Salesforce Architect wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position, with a Monday – Friday day shift.

Position Summary: 

As a Principal Architect you will lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant Salesforce solutions across our diagnostics and healthcare operations. This role is critical in driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance patient engagement, provider collaboration, and operational efficiency. This position will provide you to apply your deep technical expertise in multi-cloud Salesforce architecture, healthcare integrations, and DevOps automation.

Responsibilities: 

1. Architect and lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud
2. Design and optimize patient-centric workflows including referral management, case tracking, and lab order lifecycle
3. Integrate Salesforce with clinical and enterprise systems such as EHRs, LIS, SAP ECC/Hybris, Oracle, Snowflake, and Azure using MuleSoft and Salesforce APIs
4. Advise internal and external Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices
5. Act as release manager, overseeing configuration and code deployments across environments using DevOps tools and applications
6. Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solution designs and gather stakeholder feedback
7. Own the Salesforce architectural runway and DevOps process, ensuring high availability and secure environments

Experience, Education and Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required, Master’s degree preferred
2. 10 or more years of Salesforce experience, including 7 or more years leading Salesforce projects
3. 5 or more years as a Salesforce developer, and 3 or more years as a Salesforce architect required
4. Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environments, supporting large geographically dispersed IT infrastructures, and familiarity with SAFe for Architects or SAFe Agile Software Engineering strongly preferred
5. Certified Salesforce application architect required
6. Certified Salesforce system architect required
7. Certified Salesforce technical architect required

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $116,000.00 to $201,000.00 Annually, Plus Bonus
