Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a determined Salesforce Administrator who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.

The Salesforce Administrator will be able to manage and optimize our multi-cloud Salesforce environment. This role will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving the platform to support business operations and user needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer and maintain Salesforce orgs across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
2. Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data security.
3. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
5. Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases.
6. Provide user training and support to ensure adoption and efficiency.
7. Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
2. Must be Multi-Cloud Certified
3. 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
4. Salesforce Administrator Certification and at least one additional cloud certification.
5. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
6. Experience with data management tools and techniques.
7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Preferred experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
9. Preferred knowledge of Agile methodologies and change management processes.
