HHAeXchange is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the strategic evolution of our go-to-market technology stack, with Salesforce at its core. Sitting within the GTM Systems team, this cross-functional role will support four product owners aligned to key stages of the customer lifecycle: Customer Operations, Customer Transactions, Sales Efficiency, and Marketing Operations. This individual will help translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, manage day-to-day enhancements, support data quality initiatives, and act as a connective layer between product owners and technical delivery. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a strong growth path toward product & process ownership.

Success Metrics
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $90,000-100,000/yr not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
