We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our Salesforce platform is optimized, reliable, and aligned with business needs across support, sales, customer success, operations, and field service. The ideal candidate thrives on solving problems, streamlining processes, and enabling teams to work smarter through technology.

The Outcomes You’ll Deliver

·      Maximize efficiency across Sales, Service, and Field Service Consoles by optimizing configuration, page layouts, and automation for streamlined user workflows

·      Streamline workflows and automation that save time and reduce manual work

·      Ensure strong adoption and effective use of Salesforce

In this role, you can expect to

  1. Serve as the primary system administrator for our Salesforce org.
  2. Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  3. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
  4. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  6. Troubleshoot issues, perform regular system audits, and manage data integrity.
  7. Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., marketing automation, data warehousing, customer support tools, internal applications).
  8. Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform releases; recommend enhancements where applicable.
  9. Design and deliver training, resources, and user experiences that drive adoption, reduce support requests, and enable teams to leverage Salesforce more effectively.

To thrive in this role, you have

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud required, Sales Cloud & Field Service preferred).
  2. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and automation tools (Flow, Workflow Rules, Apex).
  3. Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader.
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and API fundamentals.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred

How You Play

  1. Ownership over Participation- You take responsibility for achieving holistic outcomes, prioritize key objectives, and adapt quickly when situations require a different approach. You follow through even against the toughest challenges.

  1. Team over Stars- You are a bridge builder, establishing processes and relationships with teams outside your own. You work to rally around common goals, find win-win solutions, compromise when necessary, and help others succeed.

  1. Growth over Comfort- You are driven by a desire to grow and actively seek opportunities to expand your comfort zone, skills, and confidence. You embrace new challenges with curiosity, accepting discomfort and failure as opportunities to learn.

  1. Fairness over Popularity- You approach decisions with a scientist’s mindset, challenging your assumptions and remaining objective. You consider long-term impact rather than relying on short-term gains, proactively seek others’ perspectives, and manage emotions in decision-making.
