- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field – Required
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator of similar role – Required
- Salesforce Certified Administrator – Required
- 4+ Years of Salesforce Experience – Required
- Experience with Salesforce Digital Experiences (Experience/Community Cloud) - Required
- Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) Experience - Preferred
- Financial Services industry experience – Preferred
- Competent knowledge of products and services offered in the financial service industry
- Proficient knowledge of operations and impact to customer experience in a financial technology industry
- Proficient knowledge of big picture thinking
- Proficient knowledge of overall company structure
- Proficient knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of project management, timelines, deadlines, and follow-through

- Oversee and manage the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring smooth operation and performance
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and develop customized solutions in Salesforce
- Provide internal expertise on Salesforce products, addressing issues and answering questions related to the platform
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes for new Salesforce features or updates
- Build and maintain necessary documentation related to Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures
- Manage roles, profiles, permissions, and other security measures to meet regulatory requirements and protect sensitive information
- Manage and coordinate deployment of new Salesforce releases and updates
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the platform
- Assist internal team members with their Salesforce-related inquiries and questions
- Proactively communicate release details and align with company launch and adoption strategy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure platform changes are cohesive with the software suite's overall vision and experience
- Train front-line support members on Salesforce as needed
