  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field – Required
  2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator of similar role – Required
  3. Salesforce Certified Administrator – Required
  4. 4+ Years of Salesforce Experience – Required
  5. Experience with Salesforce Digital Experiences (Experience/Community Cloud) - Required
  6. Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) Experience - Preferred
  7. Financial Services industry experience – Preferred
  8. Competent knowledge of products and services offered in the financial service industry
  9. Proficient knowledge of operations and impact to customer experience in a financial technology industry
  10. Proficient knowledge of big picture thinking
  11. Proficient knowledge of overall company structure
  12. Proficient knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
  13. Advanced knowledge of project management, timelines, deadlines, and follow-through
  14. on finished projects
  15. Advanced knowledge of office procedures and of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic
  16. Advanced knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines

  1. Oversee and manage the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring smooth operation and performance
  2. Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and develop customized solutions in Salesforce
  3. Provide internal expertise on Salesforce products, addressing issues and answering questions related to the platform
  4. Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes for new Salesforce features or updates
  5. Build and maintain necessary documentation related to Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures
  6. Manage roles, profiles, permissions, and other security measures to meet regulatory requirements and protect sensitive information
  7. Manage and coordinate deployment of new Salesforce releases and updates
  8. Stay updated with new Salesforce features, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the platform
  9. Assist internal team members with their Salesforce-related inquiries and questions
  10. Proactively communicate release details and align with company launch and adoption strategy
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure platform changes are cohesive with the software suite's overall vision and experience
  12. Train front-line support members on Salesforce as needed
  13. All other duties as assigned
