Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
3. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Analyst with a strong focus on reporting, dashboards, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and Xactly to join our team.
4. This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions, and enhancing the performance of our Salesforce and incentive compensation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
2. Build and manage advanced datasets, lenses, and dashboards using CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
4. Integrate and analyze data from Xactly to support sales performance management and compensation reporting.
5. Monitor data quality and integrity across Salesforce, CRMA, and Xactly platforms.
6. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
7. Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and best practices.
8. Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Compensation teams to optimize data structures and reporting capabilities.
9. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
2. Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
3. Knowledge of Xactly compensation plans, crediting, and quota management.
4. Understanding of data visualization best practices.
5. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.

The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
3. You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
