The Role: 

The Jr. Salesforce Administrator role will be responsible for ongoing enhancements and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. These responsibilities include cross-team collaboration on implementation strategies, user management, out-of-the-box capabilities vs customizations, security and visibility constraints, and peer mentorship with the other administrators. This role will be key for helping ensure that we maintain an environment that can scale as our business grows while also adapting as business needs change. 

What you will be working on: 

1. Work with the team to translate company initiatives into actionable requirements within our Salesforce platform. 
2. Work with the team to help consult between involved technical teams for ongoing efforts and product strategies. 
3. As appropriate, recommend custom vs out-of-the-box solutions for new features or product enhancements within the platform. 
4. Help manage and support API integrations with authentication and access best practices. 
5. Maintain a working knowledge of supported Salesforce features and products, as well as upcoming changes that impact the org. (i.e Process Builder, Flows, Data Modeling, Maps, Digital Engagement, Feedback Management, Access and Authentication, Release Updates, Lighting Experience, Feature Retirement) 
6. Identify opportunities for improvement when assisting with legacy features and implementations. 
7. Assisting with AI strategies involving Agentforce and other AI related technologies.  

Who you will work with: 

You will be working with business stakeholders and varying technical teams across business units to investigate, design, and implement product enhancements and solutions. Throughout each effort you’ll work in conjunction with your fellow administrators to consult and identify the appropriate course of action while documenting each effort. As needed, you’ll also coordinate external assistance with Salesforce Premier Support and Proactive Monitoring. 

What we’re looking for: 

1. 2+ years’ experience implementing and maintaining technical projects and systems 
2. High School Diploma/GED 
3. Base awareness of out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities and features 
4. Strong analytical perspective and understanding of Salesforce data models and architecture 
5. Base awareness of Salesforce automation and integration capabilities 
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
7. Detailed and deadline oriented 

Preferred:

1. Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator 
2. Experience administrating within Salesforce Service Cloud 
3. Experience administrating and customizing Digital Engagement: Messaging 
4. Salesforce Einstein/AI experience 
5. Sales Cloud administration 
6. Development experience (Apex, Javascript, LWC, Aura)
