  4. Review requirements and technical documentation to ensure clarity, feasibility, and completeness.
  5. Partner with teams to track risks, manage delivery challenges, and support scalable, compliant technical solutions.

  1. 7+ years delivering web, Salesforce CRM, or omnichannel technology solutions, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
  2. Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
  3. Ability to interpret and communicate technical requirements, documentation, and design assets
  4. Strong collaboration skills across creative, strategy, and technology partners, including client-facing discussions
  5. Familiarity with web and CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, or Contentful
  6. Ability to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

Desired:

  2. Background as a business systems analyst
  3. Knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy, or FDA-related standards
  4. Experience in technology consulting or omnichannel program delivery
  5. Familiarity with healthcare data standards or marketing-operations workflows
  6. Experience integrating AI tools into daily or project-based work
