The Opportunity:

CACI is currently looking for Salesforce Developer with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Responsibilities:

1. Develop APEX code and triggers
2. Experienced with automating complex business processes with Salesforce Flow Builder
3. Develop test classes to ensure minimum 75% code coverage
4. Perform CI/CD activities
5. Debug existing code base and take necessary corrective actions
6. Troubleshoot production issues and determine root cause 
7. Serve as primary system administrator for the enterprise Salesforce.com environment
8. Work with Salesforce Data Loader for data updates
9. Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
10. Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
11. Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative development, and change management activities
12. Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

Qualifications:

Required: 

1. Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include, but not limited to:
2. 3-year check for felony convictions
3. 1 year check for illegal drug use
4. 1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
5. College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline
6. Minimum 7 years’ overall professional experience.
7. Minimum 3 years’ experience with Salesforce.com developer
8. •   Salesforce.com developer certifications 
9. •   Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom components to meet user requirements 
10. •   Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
11. •   Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests 
12. •   Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
13. •   Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
14. •   Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
15. Local Candidates must be available to work a hybrid schedule: on-site in Ashburn, VA 2-3 days per week.

Desired:

•   Experience in creating Unlocked Packages is preferred, but not required

•   Previous experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment preferred

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
