Position Overview


As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at The Emily Program. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Senior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.


We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms and clearly explain design options and their potential impact.

Compensation Disclosure

  1. Starting salary range between $100,000-145,000

Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position

 

How Sr Salesforce Administrators Empower Recovery

  1. All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  2. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  3. Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
  4. Sandbox environment management
  5. DevOps/release management experience
  6. Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  7. Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  8. Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  9. Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  10. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  11. Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health check, and Optimizer
  12. User support tickets
  13. Monitor and improve user adoption
  14. New user and ongoing user training 
  15. Technical documentation
  16. Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including [enter your additional applications, e.g. DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Mailchimp, etc.]


Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification


Professional Qualifications: 

  1. Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with [Sales Cloud or your Salesforce product]
  2. Certified Salesforce Administrator
  3. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  4. Designing scalable, best-practice solutions 
  5. Excellent relationship-building skills
  6. Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  7. Translating requirements into technical solutions
  8. Experience in change management and governance
  9. Training end users and key stakeholders
  10. Technical documentation
  11. Available and responsive to questions
  12. Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
  13. DevOps/release management experience
  14. Understands basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
  15. Demonstrates continued personal/professional development 
  16. Is active in the Salesforce community
